1. Data controller

The data controller is Syntalink.
Contact: contact@syntalink.com.

Syntalink is the trade name of Geoffrey Gonzalez, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI) — 1122J Route de Sauveclare, 83510 Lorgues, France.

2. Data collected

This is a showcase site: it offers neither accounts nor payments. The only data you send us is through the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the project type (optional);
  • the message you write.

For security and spam prevention, your IP address is processed by our anti-spam service (Cloudflare Turnstile) and by our host as part of its technical logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your request — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and your voluntary action in contacting us.
  • Securing the site and preventing spam — legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Recipients and sub-processors

Your data is intended for Syntalink and its technical sub-processors, acting on instructions (art. 28 GDPR):

  • Cloudflare — hosting and anti-spam protection (Turnstile);
  • Resend — email delivery of your request.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention periods

Your message is delivered by email and kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for any commercial follow-up, for up to 3 years from our last exchange. The host’s technical logs are kept for short periods.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

As Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States, any transfers outside the EU are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Your messages are not stored in a database: they are delivered by email. Inputs are validated and protected against abuse.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set directives on the fate of your data after your death. To exercise them: contact@syntalink.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

9. Cookies

This site uses no analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Only cookies or tokens strictly necessary for the anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may be set; being exempt from consent, they trigger no banner.

10. Contact and updates

For any question: contact@syntalink.com. This policy may change; the applicable version is the one published on this site.
